Tim Cox, Founder
At Vault, training isn’t random—it’s systematic. Every rep builds a skill, every drill has a game-like purpose, and every session moves athletes closer to mastering their craft. With my experience at the college level—both as a player and a coach—I design training sessions that deliver real value and measurable results.

The Vault Standard
Our training focuses on three key areas:
Technical Skill Development – Stick work, shooting, dodging
Athletic Performance – Speed, agility, footwork training tailored to the demands of lacrosse.
Lacrosse IQ – Teaching players how to think the game, recognize situations, and make smart, fast decisions.
By training all three areas together, players build the complete toolkit needed to compete at any level. Vault prepares athletes not just to play the game—but to impact it.
